As an author, I LOVE participating in book club discussions about my books.
Who Benefits More? The readers get the opportunity to meet the author, voice their opinion about the
author's work, and ask questions about the story line, characters, and the book writing process. But the
author becomes a better writer having listened to their feedback and questions. And of course it's always
a nice boost to the old ego when people sing your praises.
Whether You're Near or Far I am available to attend book club discussions in person if they are
reasonably close to me. I have attended ones in downtown Chicago where I live and as far north as
Gurnee, IL. For book clubs farther away, I can attend by phone or Skype.
The person who deserves most pity is
a lonesome one on a rainy day who
doesn't know how to read.
